I adopted the Serial Platform Emulator for GOLDELOX.

- g: Commented out to save precious RAM
- I: 128 byte chunks transferred with software handshaking, see 4DCmdLine, 4D.cpp, displayImage()
- Y: mode=4: SCREEN_MODE
